〜100 Inc. to Expand and Strengthen Web Production Services Utilizing HubSpot CMS Hub 

100inc., a HubSpot Platinum Partner, has acquired all shares of Pensees inc., a company with strengths in HubSpot CMS development, and made it a subsidiary.

Purpose of Share Acquisition

As companies continue to digitize and the importance of promoting digital transformation (DX) grows, 100inc. has been providing services focusing on supporting the digitization of business operations and digital marketing support using HubSpot. As part of our core HubSpot functionality, HubSpot CMS Hub was released in April 2020 and is now available for use in building and managing many websites, from large corporations to start-ups.

By making Pensees inc., which has high technology and a proven track record in website construction using HubSpot CMS Hub, a subsidiary, we will further expand and strengthen HubSpot-related services to support our customers' management reform and business improvement.

Representative Director Kei Tamura and Director Kota Taniwaki will be appointed as directors of Pensees inc. and will manage the company from February 1, 2021. 100 Corporation, the highest ranked HubSpot Diamond Partner in Japan, and Pensees inc, a Platinum Partner, will combine their experience and know-how to become the No. 1 partner in the APAC (Asia Pacific) region.
